Global climate change and environmental problems are rapidly growing. How the way that architects/ designers can do with this situation, which to make the design more sustainable and durable. The brief of the project is required to design a flexible, temporary pop up space, which completely aligns with the idea of a Circular Economy.

The pop-up store is designed for the fashion brand, Uniqlo. By reflecting on the feature of the location, tunnel, I have created a space with several components, which the shape of the zigzag. During the research of building material waste, I found out that there have a lot of wood pallets that are throwing away. These have a high reclaimed ability to transfer to different materials, like chipboards etc. However, I decided to recycle the waste pallets to create panels for the store. Besides, the zigzag shape gives flexibilities to the store open and close. It benefits the transport, which reduces its energy produced. Also, it can easily be adapted in any Uniqlo store as an installation.
